General Conditions

Insofar as not otherwise agreed, the "General Terms and Conditions Information Technology" (FENIT conditions) are applicable to work carried out by ibuildings. Filed at the Office of the Clerk of the District Court in the Hague on the third of June 2003 under number 60/2003.
