As production environments are often complex and are managed by various external parties, we do not just concentrate on the technical aspects, but also on the correct communication with all parties involved in order to jointly keep the availability of operational systems at as high a level as possible.
We offer two different support services:
Open Source Support ServicesIbuildings provides a custom-made support package for every production environment consisting of a web application based on open source software. This support package consists of:
- A web-based ticket system for reporting breakdowns/problems
- A telephone support line for the implementation
- Pro-active technical management
- Security monitoring
- Back-up and availability solution
- Documentation
The basis is formed by the agreement that the production environment must be available to the users within certain limits. All activities necessary for this purpose come under the heading of the Ibuildings support services.
PHP Professional Support ServicesIbuildings provides professional support for any PHP application. Thanks to the extensive experience and availability of our specialised personnel, we are able to enter into powerful Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for mission-critical production environments, based on PHP technology.
Apart from the PHP environment, an SLA also covers all relevant mission-critical divisions of the complete environment, with the aim of achieving full control of the environment and being in the position to meet the availability requirements, which are imperative.
